John Maxwell says, “everything rises and falls on leadership”, and “the people are like the leader” and yet again as an echo from the past Dr. Ed Cole says “ the characteristics of a kingdom emanate from the character or the king”

Second, it means a life of willingness to be personally challenged.

The only way we can ensure our maps of reality are updated is to be open to scrutiny and the challenge of others; even those under our authority.
